Ricoh USA: AOR

I led an IAT of five agencies across creative, digital, content, media, experiential, and marketing for this multi-million dollar AOR. We executed a brand campaign to reposition the legacy office OEM to become a digital solutions provider that resulted in US$100M top-line growth in services sales.

Deloitte: The CIO Program

I directed this complex project to brand and launch CIO Advantage, Deloitte Consulting’s new on-ramp for emerging technology executives. This self-guided course provoked introspection for up-and-coming leaders to define their career vision and leadership style.

Amex: Backing change

I spearheaded the 2021-22 campaign targeting Black entrepreneurs and business owners with resources, funding grants, and a new ByBlack certification. The campaign starred Hollywood celebrity influencer and small business owner, Issa Rae to reach a diverse audience.
